Overview

Fitness cannot be separated from skills. We build the foundation for every hike you’ll take in the future. We don’t train for “beach bodies” here. We train for the ability to travel the wilderness confidently.

We are starting with the essentials: establishing a connection between your brain and your muscles so you can move efficiently. This is how you build the quads and hamstrings necessary to power up the mountain and control your descent safely.

After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the private livestream link and a short list of recommended items (e.g., a mat, water, and light weights if you have them). We look forward to seeing you in the session.

Timeline

06:30 PM - Welcome Log into the livestream. Greet Members and Visitors.
06:35 PM - 7:10PM Cardio and strength building.
07:25 PM - Cool Down & Debrief Controlled descent, stretching, and an open floor for quick Q&A.
